Legal Counsel @ Wargaming

Wargaming is looking for Legal Counsel to provide full legal support for Ukrainian legal entity.

What will you do?

• Efficient legal support of the everyday company’s operational activity
• Provide legal advice and support on a range of issues, including corporate law, labor law, tax law, commercial law
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as identify and manage legal risks
• Draft and review legal documents
• Assist with the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures to ensure consistent and effective management of legal risks and compliance obligations
• Legal support in General Data Protection Regulation

 

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Counsel
• Experience in Administrative, Commercial, Contract, Labor, Tax Law
• Experience in game development, IT sphere or legal companies
• Advanced English
