Lawyer for International Law in Technology and Investment Practice for Launching New Unicorn Projects
Main responsibilities:
- Draft English documents such as corporate documents, service contracts, software development agreements, intellectual property transfers, employment contracts, website policies, and internal data protection documents.
- Conduct legal research of launching new businesses in the European Union, USA, Great Britain, and UAE, including working with English-language primary sources and analyzing regulatory requirements, employment relationships, and taxation.
Expected results:
- Thorough review of documents, legislation, and cases.
- Timely completion of documents, utilizing expertise and experience in similar tasks.
- Innovative and creative ideas when working on client tasks.
- Active communication with clients and the team throughout project work.
Required skills and qualities:
- High level of productivity and persistence.
- Fluent in English with a minimum of B2.
- Organizational and time-management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to process large amounts of information, structure it and draw conclusions based on analysis, and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and ability to propose ideas while meeting client demands.
