We want our lawyer to:

• Open companies in different locations (Europe, Asia, USA)
• Drafting and revising contracts, agreements and other legal documents according to international law
• Maintain non-resident companies
• Obtain licenses for non-resident companies (with local providers)
• Make a lot of phone calls and email communications with partners all over the world
• Build longterm relations with contractors, service providers and partners
• Research for new opportunities and issues according to clients requests

Qualifications for the role, we are looking for:

• Not less than 1 year of experience with non-resident companies activity
• Knowledge of international law
• University degree in Law
• Experience in international incorporations will be a plus
• Advanced English level
• Experience in team coordination
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of international communications
• Ability to work, communicate and deliver at a high-quality standard
• Good communicator and negotiator
