We are looking for an Intern in Corporate law and M&A practice
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate or 4th and above year student in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, banking and finance law, regulatory and compliance matters
- Fluency in legal English
- Computer literacy
- Readiness to devote at least 20 hours per week to our tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising both legal entities and individuals on corporate, commercial, and regulatory law matters
- Preparation of corporate documents and bylaws, review and drafting contracts of various types
- Counseling on international corporate law and corporate governance, currency regulation, and financial monitoring
- Conducting legal research and investigation.
