Key duties:
Drafting and reviewing various legal documents
Legal research on various topics, preparing legal updates
Analysis of court practice
Assisting with registrations and other formalities, interacting with state bodies, notaries and banks
Requirements:
Graduated or 3-th and above year student in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university, (foreign LL.M. degree is an advantage);
Fluency in English and Ukrainian, fluency in other foreign languages, especially German, is an advantage;
Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently or in a team;
Strong knowledge of MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.)
