International law firm INTEGRITES is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate or Junior associate in Energy and Real Estate practice to our rapidly growing team in Kyiv.

Key duties:
Advising clients on various projects with focus on Energy and/or Real Estate related matters;
Analysis of judicial practice re Energy and Real Estate cases;
Drafting various legal documents, legal opinion, memorandums, etc.
Requirements:
Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university;
Western LL.M is an advantage;
3+ consecutive years of successful experience in in Energy and/or Real Estate practice;
Fluency in English, Ukrainian, Russian;
Strong analytical abilities and outstanding technical and drafting skills;
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, ownership, reliability, proactiveness;
Self-motivating, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently and in a team.
