INTEGRITES is looking for a talented and motivated associate or junior associate to join our Corporate, M&A/Employment Practice team in Kyiv
Key requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a Ukrainian or international law firm
• Degree in law; LL.M from a foreign school would be an advantage
• Fluent English and Ukrainian, German or French would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and research skills, legal writing proficiency
• Client-focused attitude, ability to effectively multitask
• Intention to build a legal career in the long run
Main responsibilities:
• Assisting the team with the ongoing client work
• Interaction with state registrars and other authorities, organization of work with notaries
• Analysis of legal due diligence documents
• Legal research and drafting (reports, legal opinions)
• Participation in cross-practice projects
