INTEGRITES is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate (Banking and Finance Practice) to our growing team in Kyiv.

Key duties:
• Legal research and drafting of advice, summaries, comments, memoranda, legal opinions, presentations etc.);
• Client counseling and contract administration on the projects;
• Contributing to the documents flow and communications, external and internal;
• Coordination of the junior staff tasks and support of the senior staff on the sophisticated matters;
• Participating in the cross-practice projects, intrafirm education and client development events.
Requirements:
• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university, honors or higher is a plus; JD, LL.B or LL.M from Western and Central European or North American college is a significant advantage;
• Admission to the Ukrainian bar is a plus;
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Banking and Finance Practice;
• Excellent command of Ukrainian and English language (written and spoken);
• Strong analytical, technical [OZ1] and drafting skills;
• Confident user of MS Office software and lead legal research databases;
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, reliability, proactivity;
• Self-motivated, advanced communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, ability to work in a team and organize own project work.
