Note: This course runs over two consecutive mornings each starting at 9.30am and ending at 12.30
This 6 hour course provides insight into the fundamentals of Marketing Law – essential underpinning for all effective and compliant marketing campaigns.
For marketing, business development and sales professionals – to avoid the pitfalls in today’s marketing climate. Note – GDPR is not specifically covered in this course (it just wouldn’t fit in) – the Data Protection Fundamentals course is a great precursor to this course.
Your trainer for the two sessions is the highly-regarded keynote speaker and trainer Duncan Smith, who develops training courses for many of the UK’s leading Professional Bodies and has delivered information law and privacy courses for the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and the Periodical Publishers Association (PPA).

Trademarks and ‘passing-off’
Unfair commercial practices and consumer rights
